JetCorp Completes 96-month Inspection of Challenger 604 - Including Significant Interior Modifications & Cabin Upgrades

August 26, 2008

St Louis, MO., August 1, 2008 – JetCorp Technical Services, LLC ("JetCorp") today announced completion of a 96-month inspection of a Bombardier Challenger 604. Though certainly not the first Challenger 604 to be completed at the St. Louis facility, the downtime required for the 96-month inspection allowed JetCorp to meet the client's request for significant interior modifications and cabin entertainment upgrades as well.

“With the Challenger 604s coming out of warranty, JetCorp recognizes that more and more customers are looking for an exceptional facility to complete the critical 96-month inspections," said Bill McLendon, President, JetCorp. "With a full range of capabilities including high-end interior refurbishment and cutting edge cabin entertainment systems, we are very pleased to offer an attractive and efficient alternative to the Factory Authorized Service Centers, where cost and lead-time can be daunting. JetCorp is well positioned to be the vendor of choice for Challenger owners and operators across the country".

Upgrades to the 604's cabin entertainment system included installation of a Rockwell Collins Tailwind 300 Airborne Satellite Television System including a tailcap radome to house the satellite TV antenna. A 24"LCD monitor was installed on the aft cabin bulkhead with a larger 24" LCD installed on the forward cabin bulkhead. Removal of the forward left-hand seats and modification of the side ledge and forward bulkhead made room for a custom designed conference grouping complete with customer required STC Approval. Soft goods, seats and wood veneers were also replaced throughout the cabin.

JetCorp has long standing recognition as a premier provider of technical aviation services for Bombardier airframes including the Challenger 601 and 604 models. With a close working relationship with one of the largest fleet operators of these airframes, JetCorp's experienced staff have honed their skills and developed processes to turn major maintenance events, such as the 96-month inspection, into streamlined, turn-key projects.

A Message From Our President.

February 19, 2008

Thank you for visiting JetCorp.

For more than a quarter century, JetCorp has been serving general aviation. As you’ll see in reviewing our website, we have evolved somewhat dramatically. To complement our full suite of maintenance, avionics, and interior services, we’ve recently added a complete commercial-to-executive interior conversion capability. Geographically, we now operate from four locations nationwide, and intend to add more in the coming year. Our partnerships with airframe, engine, and component manufacturers and other key suppliers continue to deepen. Today, JetCorp’s customers are never without access to an aircraft. As a benefit of being part of the Sentient Flight Group, we are able to provide cost effective supplemental charter to our customers during maintenance downtime, or while pre-purchase evaluations and additional post-purchase work is being completed.

Yet in spite of all the change and growth, we remain focused on the key elements that have served us so well in the past. To our customers we remain committed to providing high quality service and good value. This can only be achieved with a well trained and motivated workforce. To our employees, we remain committed to providing an enriching and positive work environment. At JetCorp, we are very fortunate to have one of the finest technical workforces in the country, and we continue to attract and add skilled professionals to our team. A recently signed long-term contract with a leading national technical training provider will ensure our technicians remain among the best trained in the industry.

To our employees, let me thank you publicly for making JetCorp what it is today. Your professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality form the cornerstone of all that we do and all that we are as a company.

Again, thanks for visiting our website. If you have any suggestions on how we can continue to improve our company, the services we provide, or the environment we create for our work force, I hope you will not hesitate to pass them on to me.

Most Sincerely,

Bill McLendon

President
