FCC delivers Challenger 850 to Lily Jet of China
Flying Colours Corp, a global aviation service company, delivered its fourth Chinese registered aircraft - a Bombardier Challenger 850 business jet, Serial No. 8098 - to Shenyang based air charter company Lily Jet last month. The aircraft left Flying Colours’ Peterborough, Canada facility and arrived at the Lily Jet base on November 29th. The aircraft is scheduled to go into service immediately and will be available for third party charter.
“The Lily Jet aircraft is extremely well equipped and the interior was tastefully decorated,” said Sean Gillespie, Director, Completion Sales and Management at Flying Colours. The completion included a state-of-the-art cabin management system, broadband enabling WiFi, a high definition camera system, a mid cabin custom desk, and coloured LED lighting in the restrooms.” Flying Colours worked directly with Lily Jet to have the aircraft fully certified with the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) A further three 850s destined for China are currently undergoing completion at the Peterborough and Chesterfield, Missouri facilities. These are anticipated to be ready for delivery in 2012.
The 17-seat VIP configured aircraft, was completed at the Flying Colours Chesterfield, USA based facility on schedule. “Our implementation of LEAN technology management systems has increased our efficiency and ensures clients receive their aircraft on time and to budget. This is essential in the current economic climate as business’ are reliant on their aircraft to raise income,” commented Gillespie.
This latest delivery follows the refurbishment of a similar two Bombardier Challenger 850 business jet, which were delivered via Flying Colours to BAA Jet Management Ltd’s Shenzhen base earlier this year. Flying Colours recently announced plans to open a base of operation in the China that will focus on interior refurbishment for a range of mid to large sized business aircraft types including the Global Express series, Challenger types, Dassault Falcon, Embraer, Hawker and Gulfstream models. The structure and logistics including the proposed joint venture partner are expected to be announced in 2012.

Flying Colours furthers Asian ambitions through first international alliance Memo of Understanding will be signed with Hong Kong-based Metrojet.
Flying Colours Corp., a global aviation service company which specialises in interior completions and refurbishments on business aircraft is to enter into its first international partnership by signing a Memo of Understanding with Hong Kong-based business aviation services provider Metrojet. The agreement will see Flying Colours Corp. strengthening its service offering to support its growing Asian customer base and enhance its overall position in the international completion & refurbishment business. The MOU will be signed at NBAA in Las Vegas during 10 – 12 October (Stand No N5500).
Under the new partnership, Flying Colours Corp. plans to open a base of operation in the region that will focus on interior refurbishment for a range of mid to large sized business aircraft types including the Global Express series, Challenger types, Dassault Falcon, Embraer, Hawker and Gulfstream models.
The structure and logistics of the partnership is still being finalized between the two companies and ratification is expected in mid 2012.

JETCORP RECEIVES CL 300 WIFI STC FOR AIRCELL GOGO BIZ INTERNET

it recently completed a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the Aircell® Cabin
Telecommunications Router (CTR) on a Challenger 300. Installation and certification
of the Aircell CTR provides in-cabin Wi-Fi capability for Gogo Biz™ Inflight Internet
service.
Aircell’s Gogo Biz service allows passengers to use their BlackBerry, iPhone and other
Wi-Fi enabled devices to surf the Internet, retrieve and answer email with attachments,
and access their corporate VPN. While in flight, passengers will enjoy connectivity
speeds equivalent to ground-based hotspots.
Based in St. Louis, MO, at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS), JetCorp boasts full
maintenance, avionics and interior capabilities and has seen a tremendous increase in
requests for high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity from clients. Since late 2010, the highly
trained avionics installation team at JetCorp has completed over 35 Wi-Fi installations

Flying Colours awarded Preferred Completion Centre status by LIST

Geneva, Switzerland - Flying Colours Corp., a global aviation service company based in Canada and LIST components and furniture GmbH of Austria are celebrating a newly-ratified partnership agreement at EBACE, Europe’s premier business aviation show.
LIST has appointed Flying Colours as its preferred completion center in North America to carry out installations of its unique stone flooring products. This formal endorsement follows hard on the heels of its recent installation of a stone floor aboard a Bombardier Global 5000 Business Jet. Flying Colours has secured a new commission from a Canadian client for a stone floor aboard a Challenger 601 that they are currently completing. Flying Colours is also in dialogue with other North American clients for stone flooring in their aircraft.
Under the new partnership, Flying Colours will offer the stone flooring, countertops and other products offered from LIST components & furniture for all aircraft types. This includes their Green Bombardier completions, where Flying Colours is fast gaining a strong reputation, working in close collaboration with Bombardier. The agreement also extends to various refurbishment projects on all aircraft models.

Flying Colours brings its expertise to Asia – five newly completed Challenger 850s headed East
Hong Kong, March 25, 2011
Flying Colours Corp, a global aviation service company, is visiting Asian Aerospace
at WorldExpo-Asia in Hong Kong this week, hard on the heels of a successful
delivery of a Challenger 850 to the Asian region. The North American based
company is getting ready to deliver its second Bombardier Challenger 850 into the
region by the end of March. This luxuriously equipped aircraft, acquired by a private
Chinese individual, will be delivered to mainland China.
Its first completed 14-seat executive configured Challenger 850, delivered green
to Flying Colours in May 2010 was handed over to the customer at the end of this
past year. (See photo attached) It is being managed and operated by Hong Kong
based private jet company Metrojet. The aircraft features a premium digital cabin
management system, including custom touch screen cabin controls and large cabin
LCD displays. Flying Colours also installed a True North Global broadband system,
enabling clients to enjoy high-speed connectivity inflight.

Flying Colours Corp., a global aviation services company with
concentration in completions and maintenance recently delivered their first Bombardier Challenger
850 to China for a Hong Kong based client. The new aircraft arrived at Flying Colours Canadian based
facility in the late 2nd quarter of 2010 and was delivered to the customer prior to year end. The aircraft
will be operated and managed by Hong Kong based, Metrojet.
The 14 seat executive aircraft was elegantly designed and finished throughout, highlighted by the
installation of a dual vacuum waste system based on the Global Express design and function. The
cabin also consisted of a premium digital cabin management system including custom touch screen
cabin controls and large cabin LCD displays. Flying Colours also installed a True North Global
Broadband system allowing the customer to have true high-speed wifi capability while in flight.
This is the first of five new Challenger 850 aircraft Flying Colours is completing for Chinese based

Flying Colours Selects True North Avionics For Challenger 850 Aircraft

Flying Colours Corp., a global aviation service company, has selected True North Avionics for its airborne telecommunication system and broadband high speed data solution on its next three green Bombardier Challenger 850 aircraft.
Flying Colours will supply and install True North’s innovative Simphone¯ OpenCabin telecommunications system, featuring Wi-Fi, high-speed data integration, corded and cordless handsets, and worldwide Iridium® Satcom, along with TrueNorth’s Simphone¯ Global Broadband System on each of the three aircraft.

Jetcorp Technical Services Sees Surge in Maintenance Business

Jetcorp Technical Services Inc., is seeing a steady stream of past, current, and new maintenance
customers come through its facility recently. With a strong customer base built by around clock
customer service, a dedication to quality and safety, and a wealth of skilled technicians Jetcorp has been

In the March & April alone Jetcorp has completed three (3) heavy inspections on Challenger 601 and
604 aircraft. Other maintenance inspections completed in the last two months or currently ongoing
included: 12 year inspections on multiple Lear 60’s; a Phase A thru D inspection on an additional Lear
60 as well as installing an Aircell Access II satphone system and interior refurbishment; a Lear 31 Phase
A thru D inspection with a 406 Mhz ELT installation and interior refurbishment; a Falcon 20 A, A+, 2A,
2A+ inspection package; A full C check on a Falcon 50 aircraft due to be complete by the end of April.

Flying Colours Delivers First Green Challenger 850

Peterborough, ON, Canada, December 7, 2009
Flying Colours Corp., a global leader in aircraft
completions and maintenance recently delivered their first Green Challenger 850, SN: 8092 to an
international client.
The completed aircraft recently departed Flying Colours main facility in Peterborough destined for
Moscow, Russia where it will be operated and managed by Chartright Air Group.
Manufacturing and installation of the executive interior were completed at their Peterborough, Ontario
facility. Flying Colours was assisted on the project from an engineering standpoint by Montreal based
Berletex Aero Design.
Flying Colours currently has three (3) additional Green Challenger 850 completions in progress plus two
further completions scheduled for arrival in 2010. The completions are taking place at both their main
facility in Peterborough and at there US based operation, JetCorp Technical Services.
